I started Spartan Roof Construction because I got tired of watching Texas homeowners get pushed around by insurance companies after storm damage. We're a family operation, and I'm on every job from the first estimate to the final cleanup. My team handles the paperwork, the permits, the HOA approvals, and the insurance negotiations so you can focus on your life instead of fighting adjusters.

We've done this 617 times now with the same result: a solid roof, a fair price, and zero surprises on the bill. Angie and Ashley run our customer care, so you'll always have someone who knows your name and your project. Our crews are TAMKO certified, we work fast, and we leave your property cleaner than we found it. Will you deal with my insurance company directly?

Yes. We handle the entire claim process, from the initial inspection and documentation to negotiating with the adjuster. If they lowball the estimate or deny coverage, we push back with the proof they need. You don't have to make a single phone call to your carrier if you don't want to.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are torn off and replaced in one or two days, depending on size and weather. We schedule everything in advance, show up on time, and don't leave until the job is done and the cleanup is finished.

Do I have to file the HOA permit myself?

No. We submit all HOA paperwork and permits on your behalf. You don't fill out a single form or attend any board meetings. We handle it start to finish.

What if I have solar panels on my roof?

We coordinate with trusted solar companies to remove your panels before we start and reinstall them once the new roof is on. We'll connect you with a reliable partner and manage the timing so there's no gap or confusion.

Are there any hidden costs or surprise charges?
