Spartan Roofing from day one has been impeccable with their guidance and oversee in the job. Top notch company the owner and project manager /superintendent worked so well with me to get my roof repaired after The hurricane last year damaged my roof. Directed me with how to settle with the insurance company that didn’t want to pay! They paid and I have a new roof thanks to Spartan roof! And found an outstanding solar panel company to remove and reinstall them for a great price!!! If there were 10 stars to give, I would give them 10!!! My wife and I shopped a lot of roofing companies before choosing Spartan Roof Construction. We were not planning on replacing our roof, but had to to have continued insurance coverage. The cost was totally out of pocket, so we were extremely picky! Wow, we are EXTREMELY happy we chose Spartan! From the time the owner promptly came to give us an estimate to when Angie, our customer care representative, went over every detail and answered all of our questions in the most professional and warm fashion. Spartan Roof replaced our roof yesterday and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The process was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organized. I primarily worked with Ashley and Angie, and both were absolutely fantastic. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Communication was clear the whole way through, and they handled everything efficiently without any stress on our end. We have multiple homes in my subdivision that have used Spartan. The folks that run this company feel like family when you meet them. There is a real connection that feels trustworthy from the very start. Every detail is explained to satisfaction from materials to building codes to timeliness. They offer suggestions if you ask (we did) and they do it without trying to upsell. They submitted all the paperwork to the HOA to obtain the required permits to start so i didn't have to worry about that. There is a point of contact on site the whole time to provide details and the operation went smoot
