Roof Inspections

We do roof inspections the way we'd inspect our own homes. We get up there with a ladder and binoculars, walk the whole roof, check the flashing around vents and chimneys, look at the gutters, and examine the underside from the attic. We're looking for missing shingles, soft spots, rust, pooling water, and signs of animal damage. You get a detailed written report with photos and a clear priority list of what needs fixing now versus what can wait.

Texas heat and hail are hard on roofs. We know what to look for after a storm because we've seen the damage patterns. Spring and fall are the best times to catch problems before they leak into your walls. During the inspection we'll check your attic ventilation too, since poor airflow shortens roof life in our climate. If you've had a recent hail event or your roof is over ten years old, an inspection usually pays for itself in what it prevents.

The inspection takes two to three hours depending on roof size and complexity. You'll walk through the findings with us before we leave, and you get the full report by email within two days.
